It's alright. Caps are a no big deal. Jandy will guide you through and help you out with halfling lore and something like that. He's very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure he will help you to the best of his abilities.

@doopeh Jandy is basically like the halfling chief or something, I don't know to be honest, I don't play halflings. He knows the halfling lore better than I do, and I'm sure he's willing to help out.

You need to include at least three pieces of our lore. It can be anything from where your character lives, where your character visits, what your character have learnt/read about, what kind of creatures they might have known about, what realm they are currently in and if they have been in the previous realm then say it, or what events that might have happened when your character lives and experiences it.

The halfling village is Reedsborough. You can start from there. Maybe you can say "[Insert halfling name here] was born in Reedsborough. His mother told him about Tippen's root (name of a plant), which was a herb usually used for medical treatment." Only in two sentence, I've included two pieces of the lore in LotC. It's up to you to find more of our lore and include it into your biography.

Reedsborough, like Wiseacres said (thanks Wiseacres), is the halfling town, while Johannesburg is the human capital city.

Johannesburg is the human capital. You can find it in the wiki. Since it is a human capital, I don't think your halfling is suited to live there. All of the places present in Axios (current realm) can be found in the wiki.

Lore are like major events that happen in the history, nature and creatures, city names, realms, fortresses, or magic (but your character may not know of magic when you first apply. For example, if I have a human character, I can say something like, "My character lives in Johannesburg" or something, that counts as including lore into a biography.
