"JEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYY" screamed out Sigmar Baruch as he cheered actively in the tavern. He seemed a bit too drunk.

Hello everyone! It is me again.Below you will find information regarding Item Edit GUI along with a new plugin currently on main!
(also i'm sorry for breaking the server yesterday.)
Item Edit GUI
Item Edit GUI is now released onto main! WOO!
A few minor changes have been made to the plugin along with some new features:
-Custom RGB coloured names will now be a VIP perk
-You are now able to add links to items!
Adding links to items can be found in the "Item Extras" menu. For now we have limited links to only Gyazo, Imgur and LOTC for everyones safety. In the future if it is requested, we may add support for other websites. (YouTube and Discord will not be added.)
To view a the link associated with your item, simply Shift+Right-Click with it in hand and it will send the link in chat.
/showitem has the ability to prompt users to open any associated links on your item. All they have to do is click on the item name when it is showed to them and they will be prompted to open it!
Please also send any bugs you find to my DMs or open a tech ticket.Introducing Wrappa!
For the holidays, me and @JuliusAakerlundhave been working together to remake a plugin that was on the server long ago. A plugin where you could take an item and wrap it as a gift to give to others!
To wrap an item, simply hold it in your hand and do /wrapgift and it will prompt you to pick a gift colour/type to wrap it in!
If you wish to add a note, all you have to do is add your text after the wrap command. Example:
/wrapgift To my beloved. Merry (insert lotc lore equivalent of christmas here)! I hope this is what you wanted this year.
Afterwards a gift will appear in your inventory that you are able to give to others. To open a gift, hold in in your hand and Right-Click while looking in the air and the item that was previously wrapped should appear in your inventory. You may wrap 1 - 64 of the same item within one present. You may not wrap MArts, Significant Lore Items, etc for obvious reasons.
It is a small plugin, but one I hope you all would like and would actively use in roleplay. Not just for gifting, but perhaps opening a shop that offers 'mystery boxes' to sell to others. Other wrapping mediums will become available later on if requested by the community, so make sure to voice your ideas in my DMs! (greehn on discord.) Let your imaginations run wild with this one.
Other than that, happy holidays to you all!

A less-than-desirable position they had seemed to be put in. Potions, curses, X*nnic spells, they did not falter. Wounded and tired, the troops of AZDROMOTH continued. The original fight, interrupted by the dark forces of GASHADOKURO. Eventually, it was too much.
The An-Gho's form crumbling after taking cannon fire, swung around like a child's toy in the tentacles of GASHADOKURO's minion. The Heralds, tired and hurt. How long has it been? He was more wounded than he would like to admit. It was time to go.
The Heralds made their retreat with the prophet in tow. But the octopi saw through this. The cannon was grasped between its tentacles, the weight of the cannon seeming non-existent to the octopi. It wanted the An-Gho.
His revival may take a bit longer than usual, he thought. Blotches of black painted his normally red scales. He wondered if the Heralds could get out in time. He wondered if his brothers could get out in time. He looked back at their original goal, seeking to work with the dark forces to rid him and his fellow dragonkin. And finally, back to the octopi.Vahlok rested between the cannon and wall behind him, his arms outstretched. He watched as the Heralds carried the crumbling An-Gho away to safety, leaving the rest to them. Beginning to feel the pain of his torso or lack of it, his lids began to close. Finally, he could rest, until he was called upon once more.

Sigmar Baruch, a valiant member of Yacht Team 6, looked upon the ruins of old Brasca alongside his brother and his new mentor.
"What the **** happened to that manor? How could anyone live in that?"6 -
Though Sigmar Baruch was off fighting his own battle alongside his new dwarven friend, Sigrun Stonehammer, he applauded the effort of Vasiliy 'The Gateman" for his efforts.

Sigmar Baruch was excited to finally have a naval force. He always wanted to go sailing. Maybe this was his chance..

"Novellen bad unless they are friend with th' Veletzians, et seems." Sigmar Baruch said back to Ivan Aleksandr, sliding him a pair of dice as well.

@Greehngood work on the plugin, I'd like to suggest if it is at all possible for item descriptions to have a hyperlink attached to words/phrases. Would be a good for players lacking knowledge in certain lore if they were to attain a boomsteel weapon, the word boomsteel being a direct link to the boomsteel page for example. Works well for enchanted items too, while the creator might understand the item to a better degree if its lost or given to another makes it much easier for whoever has their hands on these items to have instant, easier access to relevant information on it.
Thank you for your reply.
I did speak about the idea of attaching links to items previously with Bonito, though when it comes to hypertexting words in item descriptions, I'm afraid it is not really possible without making the method to obtain the text janky. As you know when you click on an item, you're not interacting with the name or the description but the item itself. You see the description through a hovering box that you cannot interact with at all. Same goes for /showitem, not really a way to interact with the description itself.
There is probably some other way to do this, though I don't think I'd know where to start.
tl;dr: specific hypertext on words too difficult 4 minecraft item lores1 -

Will the old commands still work? Or will those commands be depreciated?
Old commands will still work, though they do not contain the new features introduced with the GUI.

would it be possible to add link(s) to items? being able to attach a picture to an item would lower the absurd lengths of some item descriptions
just to reply on the forums even though we've talked in dms,
it is definitely possible to tie links to an item. i'll experiment in the coming days to see which way works the best.3 -

Does this imply in the future it'll require more than 1 edit token to edit a stack of items; or that name, description, etc will each require an edit token? Might just be misunderstanding the current system but as I understand you only ever use 1 edit token if you edit a stack of items as a whole, and description, name, etc dont require extra tokens?
The current system right now (including my UI update) only charges you 1 edit token if the item you are editing has not been edited previously. I added a display on the item just so people know that it will either be taking 1 or no tokens, along with their token balance after the transaction. I cannot say for certain that in the future this will change, I just added it for easier management.
tl;dr: you will still only be charged 1 token for items you haven't edited, no matter how many you are editing.6 -

Hello everyone! I’m very excited to finally show off my first project on the LoTC Tech Team:
Item Edit GUI!An addition to the item editing plugin we have, adding an easy-to-use menu to edit your items from! Some new features being added to the new GUI system include:
- Option to have custom RGB values for your item’s name
- Bold, underline and italic item names
- Button to add a new line to your item’s description (as opposed to typing -newline)- Choice to clear all or a number of characters from your item’s description
- Choice to choose a different roleplay name to sign your item with (so you don’t have to change your persona’s name)
BETA TESTING
Though this plugin is complete, we wish to give it a very short beta period to catch any last-minute bugs or exploits that we do not want on the main server. This is also where you can suggest any last-minute features that you feel would make your editing experience better. All feedback is wanted!
To participate, all you will need to do is type “/beta” while on the main server and it will put you on the beta server. There, you will be able to test out the new GUI!
(All bugs and feedback should be sent to greehn (me). You can reach me through Discord (greehn), in-game PMs or the forums.)
EDIT GUI
Typing “/edit gui” will open this menu:
-
1. Starting Item - This is the item you started with before any of your changes.
2. Preview Item - This is the preview of your item with your current changes. Use both 1. and 2. to compare the before and after.
3. Item Name - This button will open the menu to change both your item’s name and the attributes of the name. (Colour and decorations.)
4. Item Description - This button will open the menu to change your item’s description. Here you can add or remove lore from your item.
5. Item Extras - In this menu, you can add extra little things to your item such as adding a Roleplay tag or glow. (Staff features included).
6. Signatures - This menu is where you can customize your signature and the different parts of it like the roleplay name and the icon. (Staff features included).7. Finish - Click this button to finish your edit. Hovering over it will show how many tokens your edit will cost along with your current token balance.
8. Clear - Don’t like the edits you’ve made or change your mind and wish to edit a new item? Click this button to clear the item you are editing, then you can restart or choose a new item to edit.
9. Sound toggle - If you don’t wish to hear sounds for this menu.CREDITS:
