can't quote you because forums are being weird but I'd actually be happy to do this (at least on a small and fast level), Dark Harbor involves Orcs, Dwarves, Druids, Paladins, and the Lectorate. Ando Alur dealt with Haense, Oren, Healun'or, Urguan, and those who occupied tile 76(?) at the time of the war, plus any other factions which interacted with it. The apparition event involved all of Fenn, some paladins, and other groups such as the mages guild who participated. Xarkly's troll stuff affected Norland and Haense, while my own event lines have dealt with multiple player bases such as  Haense, Yong Ping, Urguan, and Oren to list just a few. These are only a few of the event lines listed but I'm sure you can see how they deal with many. Many of the smaller events that the team have been pumping away at aren't listed but I'm sure you can find those through RP if you'd like to look for them.  

If you'd like to talk about these event lines being "catered" to specific people, I'd like to once more mention that anyone can (or rather could of) interacted with DH, my shrine was in 3 different nations, anyone could interact with ando alur, my ghost event was an event region spanning a few tiles where anyone could interact with it, Disco's events sought players via the forums, Spoon's big blue sought players via the forums, Bonito's and Raine's events have sought players through forum posts, and so have bloodstalk's to mention a few. Keefy's event line was on random tiles throughout the map that anyone could of stumbled upon.
