You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) "He hesitates for a moment, adjusting his worn leather apron before speaking in a measured tone, 'I'm but a humble blacksmith, ma'am, traveling through these parts in search of new materials for my craft. The tales of this town's peculiarities intrigued me, and I couldn't resist the urge to see it for myself. As for my story, it's one of forging and shaping metal, not of grand adventures or heroics.'"

Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.” ((How do you respond?)) Gan smiles warmly at the graying crone, lowing herself onto the floor with a soft sigh. Her coat bunching up behind her on the floor. "Where to begin..." Gan chuckled, eyes wandering the carpet in thought. Her accent was strange, foreign. Almost imposable to pinpoint and it took focus to tell what the tall woman was saying. It was deep, rumbled in her chest like a growl yet it was calming to listen too. "They're all dead." Her posture was relaxed as she casually spoke, not an ounce of negative emotion behind her eyes. "I'd assume you already know why given your... familiarity with me." Dark eyes locked onto the greys, a hint of playfulness arousing. "Which leads me to wonder... Why you were so willing to let me inside." A moment passed, deathly quiet. "Though then again, you'd know I'm not exactly hungry anymore." (My character actually backstory- The previous bit of dialogue would simply be how I respond to that scenario) Gan grew up far off from civilization with her mother. Cold, snowy forests were her home. Isolated from the rest of the world, Gan grew up lacking knowledge, being unable to read and speak common tongue. At the age of 16, Gans home was destroyed by a small group of orcs leaving Gan as the lone survivor along with a wounded enemy. The orc was a female, large a dimwitted, the battle rendered her blind. Gan lived in the ruins of her village with the blind orc, learning of her ways and language until Gan was 25. Due to growing up with an orc, Gan has a thirst for blood akin to her friends species; although, it is not for the same reason as the orcs. Gan simply finds it entertaining to watch the chaos unfold and due to merely surviving for the majority of her life- finally seeing others leaves a empty feeling in her stomach.
