Edict of Koviran

 

This edict is hereby issued and confirmed by his Royal Majesty King Heinrik I. of the royal House Carrion, King of Oren, Duke of Renatus, Duke of Ruska, Duke of Salvus, Count of Corazon, Count of Rosemoor, Marquess of Koviran, Marquess of Kralta. Protector of mankind, Saviour of Kralta, Grand Strannik of Oren, Holder of the boyar cap and unifier of the Human Kingdoms.

 

I. Regarding new land holdings of Oren.

II. Regarding elevations of nobility, gentry and removal from exile.

III. Regarding adjustments to the privy council.

 

I. Regarding the new land holdings of Oren.

 

I. The land of Old Lenfarthing is hereby officially claimed and granted to the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

II. The former land of Lenfarthing is hereby named the “March of Koviran”.

III. The former Red Stag estate is hereby merged into the March of Koviran.

IV. The March of Koviran is hereby granted to his Royal Majesty King Heinrik I. of House Carrion.

V. After the Orenian led expedititon into the north, two elven days ago, the southern lands of the Northern Scourge is hereby officially claimed by the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

VI. The newly claimed provinces behind the northern wall, is hereby called “The Northern Provinces of Oren”

VII. The land of Thoringrad is hereby officially claimed and granted to the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

VIII. The land of Thoringrad is hereby named “The Fortress of Raddusch”.

IX. The Fortress of Raddusch is hereby granted to his Royal Majesty King Heinrik I. of House Carrion.

 

II. Regarding elevations to nobility, gentry and removal from exile.

 

I. The House of Valois is hereby removed from the list of exiled nobility and thus granted the permission to gain noble titles in Oren again.

II. The House of Valois is hereby given the status of gentry.

III. The House of Amador is hereby granted nobility within the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

IV. The Orenian branch of House of Elendil is hereby granted nobility within the Holy Kingdom of Oren.

V. The Orenian House of Elendil is hereby granted the Barony of High Oak

VI. Lord Rymeul III. of House Elendil is hereby named Baron of High Oak.

VII. Vincent Olo II. is hereby pronounced Strannik of Kralta

VIII. “Magnus” is hereby elected Strannik of Rosemoor

IX. Assad Ibn Nasser is hereby dubbed Simeon Carrion by his royal highness Prince Fyodor Carrion

 

III. Regarding adjustments to the privy council.

 

I. Walter Stafyr is hereby officially removed from the position of Lord Marshal, following his resignation.

II. Lord Ailred Ruthern is hereby officially granted the position of Lord Marshal.

III. A new spymaster is hereby officially appointed, he is commonly known by the letter “O”
