What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: -  Only use tasteful swearing/cursing!

i feel people now swear too much and i hope this will cut back on the number of

curses in  the server

Definitions

 

What is roleplaying?: -  where you change the way you act to assume a role 

or personality of a character you have created, often focusing

more on developing a story then completing your personal objectives

 

What’s metagaming?: -   In a roleplay server when you use knowlage gained out of character

or knowledge that your character is not supposed to know such as from another charachter

e.g someone has told your ''character A'' that someone is a spy but you use that knowledge

while roleplaying as ''character B'' 

 

What’s powergaming?: -  Powergaming is when a person who is roleplaying sacrifices

the enjoyment of other players, character progression and atmosphere to get 

to gain power or win arguments or battles easier. Another form of this is starting

a fight and then killing your opponent or otherwise killing them instantly

without giving them a chance such as *person A blows up person B with a 

fireball killing him instantly*

What race are they (and sub-race)?: -  Human, Southeron

 

What sex are they?: -  Male

 

How old are they?: -  67

 

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - 

 Donnel was born to a loving family of a human mother and a adunian father as a only child In the city

of Abresi however shortly after his birth his family moved to a small town in the south to start

their own farm. At the age of 8 Donnels mother and father where some of those abducted by the 

Scourge in their first coordinated

 attack Donnel however escaped this fate as he was

 with his grandparents at the time the Scourge stormed his small village.

 Donnels grandparents passed away when he was at age 16 and he was sent to a 

orphanage in malinor where he was adopted by a pair of wood elf druids, due to their infertility,

 where they taught him the ways of the druids. Donnel left the care of his adoptive

 parents at the age of 25 to become a wanderer. he returned to his parents at the 

age of 50 and settled. However Donnels thirst for adventure returned at the age of

 65 when he disliked his sedimentary life and set off again for more adventures and 

with a thirst for knowledge.

 

What are they like (personality)?: -  He is a Old, wise gentleman who is a tad crazy at times but usually happy go lucky.

he also follows many ways of the druid lifestyle due to his adoptive parents being druid's

however he is not druid. He is a friendly person that does not dislike any particular

group or race.

 

What are their ambitions?: -  To gain magical prowess, to learn the ways of the druid's,

to amass a quantity of potion recipes and also has ambitions to learn more about the 

Scourge, particularly what they are doing with the people they abduct.

 

Do they have any special skills?: -  Donnel has a expansive knowledge

of potion brewing, given the right ingredients he can concoct a potion

of nearly any type, also due to his small stature he is skilled in staying

hidden to avoid fights. he is also average at enchanting items and

is quick to learn new skills.

 

What are their weaknesses?: -  due to his age Donnel is physically weak and 

bad in hand to hand combat and wielding anything more then a wooden sword.

he also has a weak sense of direction often causing him to get lost.

He also tires easily meaning he cannot travel long distances without frequent

rests or potions.

 

 

Anything else you want to say about them?: -  has a strange fondness for watermelons and carries

around a vial of strange black liquid.
