• We care about our players, so we don't allow bullying, blackmailing or bribery at all OOC'ly. Make sure you treat other people in a kind and friendly manner.

Definitions

What is roleplaying?: -Role-playing is you creating a character and acting like them with other players.

What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is when you take out of character information and use it to make your character more powerful.

What’s powergaming?: - powergaming is making your character perform actions like EXAMPLE: -kills everyone in one hit- Or EXAMPLE: -miss potato pull out a gun and kills Guy instantly-

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

What’s your character called?: - La'Dran (Dran for short.)

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Dark elf

What sex are they?: - Male

How old are they?: -  27

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): -  He grew up on a farm with his family, his dad taught him how to use a dagger at the age of 10, his mother taught him a lot about making food with natural resources, La'Dran was tired of the farm life and ran away at the age of 17, he has now decided turn to thievery and he takes assassination jobs often, the reason for doing so is his ability to be quite good at sneaking, he wanders threw the major city's picking up jobs and contracts.

What are they like (personality)?: - He is quite mean and not very social with people,

What are their ambitions?: - He is just wandering trying to make a living with his job.

Do they have any special skills?: - He was Taught by his father how to use a dagger at the age of 10. He has become rather sneaky and prefers using daggers,

What are their weaknesses?: - Any Threats made towards his family and the farm, he is also quite Easily persuadable, he is attempting to over come this persuadable weakness,

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: -he has long brown hair, a blue shirt with a brown jacket over it, he has black pants with a black shoes, with a black cloth covering his mouth.

Your application has been denied and requires the following changes:

 

- Your biography is still much too short and doesn't give a very interesting explanation of your character's life. Please expand on your bio and turn it in to compelling history that develops your character, giving them a real personality and story to discover. Also, please don't use 'X taught him how to do Y' explanations for skills and such; It seems extremely lazy and it doesn't reflect well on how much effort you're willing to put in to roleplaying. Give a more thorough explanation on how your character acquired his skills and turn them in to interesting events.

 

- There is absolutely no server lore in your biography. Please include plenty of server lore (At least a few cities or towns, especially the one where your character was born, and mention of a few of the other races in Anthos). The more you add, the better! If you need help finding server lore, use our official wiki here: http://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/

 

- Your first weakness doesn't make any sense at all (It doesn't actually explain why this is a weakness, in fact, I'm not even sure what it's supposed to be saying). Expand on this and tell us why this puts him at a disadvantage when compared to other characters.
