Hoping Rolo is looking away distracted, she chucks the bucket into the lake with an innocent smile. "M'name's Belle Rhiava, an' I'm a 'pprentice gem cutter - I mean, at least I was, 'til I came 'ere. Now I'll take wha'ever chores ye give me, s'pose."

*Rolo looks away, having expected her to discard the bucket anyway. He still frowns at the sound of it hitting the empty lake's bottom, but continues:*

 

"I'm no' one ta give chores ta anybodeh. Yeh do as yeh please, s'long as yeh contribute. Say, I've e'en go' some gems yeh can practice on. Foun' em at tha bottom o' tha creek. I'd be happeh ta give 'em ta yeh. Probableh find more use from 'em than I can."

"We give a warm burrow ta those willin' ta help 'round tha shire. One jus' vacated on Pipeweed path, methinks. Yeh can stay in tha inn fer as long as yeh take ta get acquainted."

 

((People come and go, but the most active I see them is around 7-ish on weekdays and pretty much all the time on weekends.))
