It's a common bug, happened to many of my mates who'd recently joined the server.

 

Speak to a Global Moderator when they're online, otherwise, PM them over the forums.

I have messaged a GM, and have, in fact, been ignored as far as I can tell.

If I'm correct, I believe they're either still in school or work - This server is pretty heavily + populated.
