Supremacy 3361 Share Posted August 15, 2014 The towering trees of Fiandria stand tall, keeping watch over the industrious elves as they founded their new city of stone. While most of the elves toiled over stone and quartz, some took the time to wander into the imposing forest and into the groves and glades which surrounded the city. Some might find themselves beckoned into the dark of Fiandria, wandering the woods until they found the nameless ancient ruin. The home of the Okarir'ame. To the first few who made their way to the ruin, nothing more than the eerie nature of the stone itself would impede their visits. But seemingly, as more elves came to examine the sanctuary the forest slowly awakened. To some who entered it would seem the very forest would rise up and the grass would grab at their feet, as if to prevent them from reaching the sanctum. The trees seemed to begin to watch those who entered, boring holes into their backs with the beady eyes that only trees can have. Most strangely of all, to the druids who may visit the elven ruin, the very trees would fall silent in the vicinity of its stone walls. The trees seemingly unwilling to speak to the chosen servants of the aspects. The trees bound to silence. This ruin was no mere abandoned temple, something in the forest was alive. Something had caused it to stir.
