The Okarir'leyun wishes to remind those seeking housing

& those currently housed that you may not simply claim a

home and begin moving in. Such actions will prove your

ignorance to our system and you shall be evicted.

To recieve a home you must speak directly with the

Okarir'mali. If homes are not available then you will

speak with the current innkeeper at the Caretaker's inn.

The Okarir'leyun also wishes to remind you that inspections

will take place without your consent if the Okarir'leyun

suspects tampering with building plans. If you decide to be

greedy and try to claim another home by demolishing walls

or if you make changes to the initial design you will be evicted

and your right to own a home suspended.

ALL building modifications past the initial foundation must

be approved by either the Okarir'leyun or Delonna Aeléyèlsa.

((OOC))

If you make modifications to your home and ignore my RP messages

then expect to be booted from your home, your items taken into storage

and your perms taken away.

A note is pinned on at the end.

"Most of the currently available homes are classed as small, and thus do not need to be shared. If you find yourself in possession of a home that is sharing a wall, floor or ceiling with that of a friend or family member, you may join them as long as both households agree, and you do not alter any exterior walls in the process. Note that this is different from simply expanding your own house, as both houses retain their recognised occupant.

For those residing in ground-level houses, it is requested that you refrain from digging basements until the possibility of adding sewers is investigated. Should any unplanned additions conflict with present or future city plans, they will likely be removed.

When more building quartz is delivered to me, more houses, including some family-sized ones will be constructed.
~ Delonna Aeléyèlsa"
