Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: -  Yes, it was on a steampunk-themed server called Corsia Craft.

How did you hear about us?: - I was researching a large, immersive and in-depth Minecraft Roleplay server and this server was the top result.

What do you think the server will be like? -  Amazing, after reading up on the lore and browsing this website I believe the server will be an excellent environment to explore a diverse fantasy world as my own character.

Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - I strongly agree with the rule that prohibits MetaGaming and PowerGaming.

Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:- I understand the combat rules, and I understand what I can and cannot do if I roleplay as a villainous character.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so maybe we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules):- I understand and agree with all of the server's rules.

 

Definitions

 

These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. What is roleplaying?: -  Acting IG as your character would.

 

What’s metagaming?: -  Using knowledge that you have from an external source to influence your character's decisions, like knowing exactly where a hidden location is that your character doesn't know about.

 

What’s powergaming?: -  Using roleplay mechanics to make your character do something that they normally wouldn't be able to do such as  climbing a tall mountain in 30 seconds.

 

In-Character Information

 

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

 

What’s your character called?: -  Ecthallion Rydl'en 

 

What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): -  Wood Elf

 

What gender are they?: -  Male

 

How old are they?: -  24

 

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): -  Ecthallion was born into the Elven kingdom of Haelun'or. Both of his parents were Wood Elves, and both had a passion for ancient poems and songs. Much of his childhood consisted of learning these songs, and playing the harp. Like all Wood Elves, Ecthallion was born with a keen eye and skill with a bow, and he dedicated countless hours to sharpening his archery skills at a local range. When he reached the age of 20, Ecthallion decided to join the Sillumiran to defend his kingdom, but his thirst for adventure hasn't been satisfied by the menial tasks he completes as a member of the Weeping Blades.

 

What are they like? (personality): -  Ecthallion is an outgoing elf, who values his intellectual skills and music as much as his skill with a bow. He is passionate about protecting his nation and keeping darkness at bay. He is told that he can be arrogant and selfish at times.

 

What are their ambitions?: - Ecthallion hopes to see as much as he can of Athera. He also has a thirst for adventure that will drive him far from home, and an interest in making a difference in his home of Haelun'or and later all of Athera.

 

Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): -  Like most Wood Elves he is good with a bow. He prefers to use his brains to defeat an opponent rather that strength. He is deathly afraid of fire. He is a talented harp player. He can sometimes overlook someone but if he discovers his mistake he will make sure to correct it. He rarely holds a grudge, but when he does he doesn't give it up easily. 

 

Give us a description of how they look?: -  He is fairly tall for an elf, but rather thin. He has blue eyes, and brackish blond hair.
