[Req] Improving My High Elf Skin

I'm looking for someone to improve on the skin below. I was hoping for it to look something like the elf of the reference art in the spoiler. Instead of just regular blonde though, strawberry blonde. With purple eyes.

I am willing to pay up to 100 up front, then pay the rest at once or little by little via voting.
