Booklight12 481 Share Posted December 23, 2014 A letter is sent out to the Khafee house a few days after word is spread of the need for bartenders of the store. Written in heavily embellished writing the letter reads "Dear Captain Volker, I would first like to say a disclaimer that I cannot offer bartenders personally nor can I. But instead I am interested in another thing. I am a representative of the Embertree Brewing company of fine drinks, and would greatly like to speak with you upon a possible business deal that we may offer your wonderous Khafee House. This offer will include, supplying your store of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, if you wish to share your khafee recipe I would personally assist in the brewing of it and possible future enhancements upon the recipes. Aswell, we will supply you with the necessary materials and resources such as the bean of the cacao plant, sugars, salts, milks, and other such items for onhand serving of the drink. Though, we can only say so much via letters so I do request you take this into consideration and propose a possible date inwhich we may speak face to face. I do look forward to a possible partnership as your khafee truly entices me. If you wish to speak do send a letter to my address on the back of this letter in the aviary of the village of Laureh'lin? I do believe it is called, just beside the high elven plateau." Under the writing is a seperate signature of the writer B.B Seregon
monkeypoacher 8055 Share Posted December 25, 2014 A letter is sent in. "Most amiable Captain Volker, I would be quite interested in serving here. Cooking is among my areas of expertise, and I find myself to be a decent entertainer of men. Much would I enjoy the position of barkeep, so if you should accept me I would be more than glad to work. I only ask if I may bring along my eldest son as an assistant, albeit I should still be interested if not. -Marvin S.V. Firemeadow"

MintyBirds 22 Share Posted December 30, 2014 *A letter is sent in* "Hello, Cpt. Volker! I would like to serve at your bar, I find myself a decent entertainer, and am able to serve drinks of all kinds! I am also willing to tidy up afterwards. Right now I am simply looking for a way to pay for a house, as the one in Thales that I had was left behind, obviously. I do have some experience bartending from my father's tavern, but nothing outside of that. Anyways, no need to keep blabbering on my part. Send me a bir - oh! I just forgot! Due to some outside constraints, I am not able to do the job regularly, and only for a bit less than a year, or about four to five elven days as of writing this letter. Forgive me for the inconvenience. Send me a bird! ~Buachailldraíochta Dóiteáinceann"
