F.A.Q.

Q. How do I apply to Lord of the Craft?

A. First you must make a forum account. Once you have done this, make sure to validate it. If you have any issues with validation, log into the server and let someone on staff know you can not validate. After you have done this, make sure to read all of our rules before locating the application form. Copy and paste the application form into a new thread in the application submissions subforum. Spend time reading through your application and fine tuning it before hitting submit. If you make a large mistake and wish to have us disregard your post, hit the edit button on the bottom of the post and replace the application with -snip-. This lets us know the thread is to be disregarded.

Q. My application title has been changed to [Pending]. What does that mean?

A. It means your app has been reviewed and has a few minor errors that need to be fixed. You get 24 hours from the pending message to fix these errors. To fix this, just hit the edit button at the end of your post to edit it, do not make a full new thread. Make sure to Private Message (PM) the Application Team (AT) member who reviewed you and let them know you have made the changes.

Q. My application has been accepted but I am still a wandering soul. Help!

A. Relax and enjoy the view. When your application has been accepted it is up to the Global Moderators (GM) or Admins to implement you. This requires them to put you on the whitelist. Once you see the check mark next to your application and it has been moved to the implemented subforum, you are now whitelisted.

Q. Help! I am no longer whitelisted on the server!

A. If you already have been whitelisted and been on the server, there are times the server goes down into development mode. This means you can not play until they open the server back up. Just browse the forums or play another game until this is fixed.

Q. I was told to add more lore to my application. Where do I find this?

A. We have several locations to find server lore. Our most easily accessible is the Wiki Page. However, if you want more current lore, you can look through the Roleplay Forum to get more current events to put in your biography.

Q. I was denied on my application. What do I do?

A. The AT member should have posted what you need to fix. You are allowed to reapply 24 hours after their post. Should you reapply before the 24 hours, you will be denied once more. If you don't understand your denial, you can send a PM to that member and ask them to clerify what they said. After you have finished fixing your application, post it in the Application Submission forum and it will be rereviewed.
