House Montfort and their allies House Vladov shall ensure no banditry happens within the Holy Palanite. 3. The Constable of Adria may issue & confirm warrents against any criminal found within the the province of Cyriaum. 4. Montfort Bannermen shall actively patrol the Attavic Highway.
