A mass of crudely drawn and often grammatically incorrect posters are posted in places where people see them. Like, a notice board. And the side of a pillar. And perhaps up high on a lamp post so it's a pain to get up there and remove them. ((If any FM or someone has issue with this, it is just an IC parody, and not meant to be any sort of attack on anybody. I made sure to keep OOC references and such to a minimum.))

 

 

Beware, mali'atherial'ame'de and mali'elegant of Anthos; the coming of the Evander'kill El'crump is upon us. It is the duty of those who bear the seal of the E.T.H.N.I.C. to protect our High Up City and Irrevent Ways from the taint of purity and treachery that may seep its way into our home.

• An E.T.H.N.I.C. may demand access to private/restricted areas in any district within Athera and may search the area if desired/take any candy found.

• All complaints regarding the conduct of any E.T.H.N.I.C.'s application of searches, detentions and confiscations are to be brought to the Slither for processing.

• All damning evidence procured by the E.T.H.N.I.C. is to be brought to the Slither for the convening of Tri Parire'titan for a trial under the Silver Law of High Up City.

• An E.T.H.N.I.C. has the authority to purge traitorous or impure things within Haelun'or— Including but not limited to trees, squirrels, ents, druids, dark elves, halflings, house plants above 3 feet in height-- Though only if they deem the situation one where it is impossible that the trees, squirrels, ents, druids, dark elves, halflings, house plants above 3 feet in height may be easily apprehended for a trial.

• While an E.T.H.N.I.C. can not overrule by an Ok One's decision, they are not bound by them. Violations of the decisions of an Ok One must, however, be reported to the Slither and evaluated.

• Impure and traitorous mali may be subject to "intense and serious emotional damage including the destruction of the subjects favourite cup, the systematic contiaul bothering of all family members, or one night spent grooming a Kharajyr" by an E.T.H.N.I.C. if desired, pure elves under suspicion of impurity may only be subject to non-emotional damaging methods like torture.

These Irreverent Ones hold the authority to investigate all who live within The High City and evaluate them to determine if they are worthy of the joy The High City bestows upon its denizens. They shall purge those who deride and work against the maehr'sae hiylun'ehya'aly'maherial'anlur and its Most Wonderful Followers.
