[Req] High Elf Skin

Hey all, I'm looking for a skinner to make me a high elf skin.

 

Features ~

 

Skin color: Pale

Hair: Blonde

Eyes: A soft/warm Green

 

Dress: Up to the skinner, but some sort of fancy robes will do.  

 

I can afford to pay 100-200 minas for the best skin! Thanks for considering.
