When I should've been technically 'downed', instead of being downed where I fell I was teleported to the Cloud Temple as if I had died straight up, whilst still downed. Whenever people die, whether it be from the FTB plugin or not, you seem to warp to the CT, get downed, and be un-reviveable. It's happened to a few others, as well as me today.
