Munster 'untin

There are notes scattered throughout Athera, posted on trees and such by a crude arrow stabbing through the top of the note. The note reads:

 

" 'Untin zervizez! Mi flat munzterz agh enimiz. Nub mina fur munzterz agh mina fur enemiz. Zend azh byrd ur mezenjur tu Kol'Ordan yv lat wunt zumfin flatted."
