What’s the rule you agree with the most?: I mostly agree with the no cyber-bullying rule, as there is no place for that anywhere on the internet, especially on a roleplay server like this. It can ruin the experience for someone, and as a result push them away from the game. 

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): No, I understand all of the rules. 

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I ran into a youtube video by ProbablyNotAPanda that was a video of this server, and I was hooked!

 

Definitions

What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is fully taking on a persona, and carrying out actions and decisions, like whether to engage in combat, based on this persona's personality and traits. 

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you use information that you receive out of character, and performing actions based on that information. For example, lets say your friend sends you a message saying he needs help, if you were to run to him and help him, when if you did not know this information you would not have gone over to him, that is metagaming.

What is powergaming?: Powergaming is forcing actions (force emoting) onto another character. For example, if you were to get into a fight and you say *stabs Khareesi in the chest, killing her, you are powergaming because you do not give a chance for her to decide her own fate. 

 

In-Character Information

Character’s name: Iroko

Character’s gender: Male

Character’s race: Dark Elf 

Character’s age: 340

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Iroko was a very young elf when his family made the move from the destroyed Aegis to Asulon. His family believed that they were created by Malin and Velulaei. Not many Elven families believed in this folklore, and because of this Iroko's family was pushed away, and they lived in a cave away from other Elves. Iroko's family resided in Normandor, one of the most populated cities in Asulon. The main influence in his life was his grandfather, as his grandfather was the one who took charge in teaching him how to use a sword. After many years of hard training with his grandfather, he became what was considered a master. Then, Iroko's father believed it was time to teach Iroko how to craft a sword, as Iroko would have to craft his very own sword that he would still carry to this day. While he continued the training with his father, a plague had hit Seventis and began to spread. Soon it would reach the cave his family lived in, and as a result, his grandfather became very sick and would pass away a few weeks later. The loss deeply hurt Iroko, and he still wears the family necklace his grandfather gave him when he was younger.

Iroko worked harder than he ever had before, and soon he would have crafted his very own sword. But, family life became hard for Iroko, as his father was also deeply affected by the loss of his father. Iroko's father took the pain out on Iroko, yelling and cursing at him whenever something did not go his way. Soon, he began beating Iroko, and Iroko had to take matters into his own hands, and one night, he packed his bags, took his sword and left his home. Close to a hundred years would pass, and in that time Iroko became somewhat of a salesman, crafting swords and selling them to travelers he would run into while he was living on his own. One day, Iroko was having a conversation with a human in the city of Khabi, and this human mentioned that a terrible tragedy had occured in Normandor. A swords craftsman's furnace had exploded, killing the entire family inside the house. Iroko was taken aback by this statement, and asked the human if he knew anything more of the tragedy. The human told him it was a Dark Elven family living in a cave, and Iroko felt his heart stop. Iroko quickly finished up the conversation, bid farewell to the human, and went as fast as he could back to Normandor to see what had happened. Iroko kept trying to convince himself it could have been any Elven family, but he had to know for sure. When he arrived, he asked to be pointed in the direction of the furnace explosion, and of course, it was in the direction of his family's cave and house. As he got close, he saw humans and orcs going in and out of his cave, cleaning it and bringing out the remaining ruins of Iroko's house. Iroko fell to his knees, and began to cry. A human came up to him and attempted to console him, but there was nothing this human could do to ease the pain. Iroko tried to enter the cave, but he simply couldn't do it. He prayed to Malin to bring his family back, but there was nothing Malin could do. On that day, he vowed to himself that he would not let his family name die, and he would do whatever it takes to preserve it. If this means taking action and engaging in combat, he would not hesitate. This is the story of Iroko.

 

Personality Traits: Expressive, Passionate, Loyal, Stubborn

Ambitions: To never let his family name die, as he is the only one remaining as far as he knows. 

Strengths/Talents: Excellent craftsman and swordsman due to his father and grandfather. Also a skilled archer. 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Because of the loss of his family, Iroko finds it very hard to attach himself emotionally to people, because of the pain he still feels. He is bad at conversation, but if he manages to get into one, he becomes very expressive, in his language and actions, sometimes leading to conflict.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): 6'2 150 pounds. Wears a robe. Grey hair, red eyes.
