In the past, former Sohaer Oreo Acal'elor was accused of performing blood magic. Some report that it was desired he be banished from the city. Let it be known that any such action was incorrect, and that Oreo Acal'elor is pardoned from any past crimes. Oreo Acal'elor is to be allowed within the city lest he commits crimes in the future.
