The Philosophy Society

Do you wonder things about the world? Perhaps you want to better understand what something is or perhaps the difference between courage and recklessness. Maybe you want to understand what infinity is at it's core?

Geedin Jayamen is seeking people who wish to pursue non-physical knowledge to come to his home in Felsen to discuss these matters every now and again. Now, Geedin does not have the specific answers to all of your queries. He is simply here to provide a place for people to discuss them and try and further our understanding of them. There are a few rules, so I will state them below.

1. Do not come If you do not have an open mind.

-This is important, as people may have other viewpoints. I hope that you will at least be willing to hear other's opinions. In no way do you need to force them on others or have them forced on yourself. believe what you will.

2. No religious or racial topics.

-This is just so that there is no conflict.

3. No topics that would offend others.

-Again, to prevent conflict.

4. If you have opposing viewpoints an other person. Please talk it out politely.

-There is no need for harsh talk in here, just be polite when discussing a topic. There should be no arguing.

5. Try and learn something.

-The whole point of this is to learn or figure out something(s).

6. In here, you are no smarter then the other.

-Do not tell people you are smarter than they are. Everyone is entitled to their opinion on a matter, so please respect that.

That is all the rules at the moment.

Feel free to contact Geedin Jayamen or seek him out in person, even when there is no meeting.

If you wish to come to this, our first meeting will be:

((7/7/15 7:00 PM EST))

At Geedin Jayamen's House. We will be discussing the concept of Infinity. Please let Geedin know you are coming by leaving a note here, sending him a bird, or talking to him in person.

There is limited room, as Geedin only has a small sized house. If we are too crowded, we will likely go to the square.

Thank you.

~Geedin Jayamen
