An official writ bearing the seal of the Lord Justiciar Hadrian Chivay is found upon noticeboards throughout Felsen and the surrounding territories of the Kingdom of Oren.

"Upon the 8th of the First Seed, 1525, by the right and authority of the Lord Justiciar of the Kingdom of Oren let it be openly known that the Holy Ser Alderan Coulthard is now a fugitive of the Crown. The man stands accused of the crimes of slander and disinformation enacted against the Lord Marshal, Duke Augustus d'Amaury, and his family upon the evening of the 2nd of the First Seed, 1525. If the accused does not deliver himself to the Crown's justice within the Saint's Day, then a sum of 500 minas will be rewarded to any good Orenian man who seeks out and apprehends this dangerous criminal so that the Crown might judge him fairly. Despite his grievances against the state, the man remains a Holy Knight of the Black Sepulchre and is to be treated as such.”
