The Rex looked at the volcano from the balcony of his bedroom in the Palace. Darkness never hurt anyone, he thought. It was the communal opinion of the Orcs that a bit of smoke was nothing to worry about, yet Kahn did see the problem with the 'otherworldly' agents that had been spawned and caused as a result of this would be disaster. Numerous people of all races had sought to enter his desert recently to view the volcano, and some even attempted to fix it. The Rex got his Goblin servant, Larty Wun Eye to draw up an official decree, and to send it across Vailor.

Due to the influx of people wishing to enter the desert of the Iron Uzg, the Rex has decided to make an official statement. 

If you wish to traverse the sands to view the volcano for whatever purpose, or if you seek to try your hand at fixing it, you must bring tribute as a token of respect that you are traveling through our land. It is to be handed to the Rex directly, however should he not be present, you may pass it to an Orc who possesses the following titles;

Dominus, Targoth, Wargoth, Motsham, Goj

If you refuse to pay tribute, your life is forfeited to the Iron Uzg. If you cause trouble or provoke a brother or sister, your life is forfeited to the Iron Uzg.
