My application post, wont show up after submitting?

I had filled out everything that had to do with my application. I had a title and a tag that said APP. I had click submit and did the captcha and when I went to look at it, IT WASNT THERE! I was super angry to see that and I was wondering to see if any staff could give me a hand out? Thanks!

I'm not sure there's a way to recover your application... The captchas are annoying and sometimes cause you to lose posts so the only thing I can recommend is filling out the application in something like notepad or Word, and copying to the forums! Captchas are annoying, but necessary. Sorry you lost your work!
