Biography: Born in Malinor, Laurelin, Mirageme was a loved baby girl. Her parents, Mirage and Finar, loved their child. Mirageme had her mother’s silver hair and her father’s purple eyes. She was a happy child. Until the Undead came. Her mother and father went to help in the fight and their lives were taken. Young Mirageme didn’t know what was happening and waited. She learned to cook and she learned the names of thousands of edible plants to keep herself alive. Finally, her fourth birthday, she left the house to look for her parents. The second she stepped out, she was overwhelmed with grief. Flowers and cards saying “I’m sorry for your loss” were all over her doorstep. She took one bouquet of roses. Her mom’s favorite. Tears filled her eyes. She put the bouquet in her hunting bag and headed in the market. She asked for pebbles and food. She gave him what she had of mina and headed back home. Just as she turned down the alleyway to get home, something grabbed her small, skinny shoulder and hauled her back. After a long time of screaming with a gag in her mouth, she was thrown against the wall and blacked out. When she woke up, she felt a cold air against her lungs. Her stomach growled and she reached for her hunting bag, and realized she was pawing at the air. She also realized she was wearing a purple dress with a matching coat. Then, she went to look who her captors were, but every time she moved, she felt a stabbing pain in her limbs. She looked at them and she saw a golden rope. She stood up and screamed from the pain. A man finally came in and asked her name. “M-Mirageme” she replied. The man laughed and pointed out that is not a proper name for a thief. “A-a thief?” she asked. “Yes” he said. He introduced himself as Agni, leader of the bandits in the area. He told her about how he was going to use her for pickpocketing. And if she refused… He made a slicing motion across his throat and left the room. Five years later, Mirageme had gotten diamonds, emeralds, music boxes, swords, and everything else in the city. But lately, getting older was not on her side. Sure she looked the same, but she lost her child loss charm. At nine, she was abandoned from the pack she had grown up in. She slunk in the alleyway she used to live in. All the flowers had withered, and all the cards were faded. She pulled out the bouquet, which she had kept fresh, and set it next to the others. By now, she had forgotten how her parents looked like. But that was the least of her worries. Now she needed food, a place to live, and water. Fast.
