Decree of Virtuous Exile, 1551

 

 

It is declared that upon the Twenty-first of the Sun's Smile, 1551, the abhorrent and sinister beings known as homunculi are henceforth outlawed from the borders of the City-State of Celein due to the recent revelations pertaining to their malign nature, ousting them as the soulless monstrosities that they are. It is decreed that these perverted beings are never to be granted succor by the City-State of Celein or her citizenry.

 

It is decreed also that the following  individuals, known homunculi who dopplegang in the flesh of mortality in an attempt to infiltrate our society for their malevolent devices, are wanted for arrest. Any citizen found to be withholding information upon the following individuals are subject to arrest. Any citizen found to be directly providing assistance in collaboration with the following individuals are guilty of aiding and abetting wanted criminals, and are subject to arrest. Any individuals who possess information on the following homunculi are required to report to the Arbitrator or other available governmental official post-haste.

Doppleganger class homunculus. Wearing the guise of the human known as Daniel Nodal, it is of a swarthy complexion and possess black hair. It is a known member of the organization known as the Dawn Striders. It is of the air element.

 

Lotho

 

Doppleganger class homunculus. Wearing the guise of a dwarf known as Beros Oathcast. It is of a pale complexion and possess blonde hair. It lacks the dwarven drawl and are known to wear white robes and goggles. It is of the air element.

 

Quavinir

 

Doppleganger class homunculus. Wearing the guise of a human known as Quavinir. It is of an unnaturally pallid complexion and possesses blonde hair. Known to speak in a foreign drawl, it is responsible for the homunculi menace to currently remain at large.

 

Darius

Deviant class homunculus. It is of a humanoid build. It is known to wear grey robes, and is of the water element.
