What is roleplaying?: roleplaying is like your second life where your put into control and see living as u see fit in the world that you are in RP is not only escaping the real world but making it your own

What is metagaming?: doing unrealistic actions such as knowing some one is going to betray you when you have no way of knowing

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: powergaming is doing something unfair in the game to basically make u untouchable like trying to 1 shot everyone or having a potion of invulnerability

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

My character Sozu is a dark elf from the distant land of luminaire he has traveled threw many places and has met many people humans, orcs, dwarves. and other elves. all tho he was born in luminaire him and his twin brother (Zabitur) moved to dark heaven when their parents were killed when they were only 16 and had to learn to survive on their own. So they became assassins to make money and live their lives they did every thing they could as assassins to stay alive until one day they found out that the government killed their parents because they were haflings. Ever sense they found out that the government was the cause of their parents death they swore their vengeance against the government and all that follow them

I also suggest you take your time to expand further on your definitions. Add more detail into them, make them much more clear so I could fully understand them. Remember to refrain from plagiarizing! I'll link you to some reference definitions, please study them and put them into your own words!

This app is so close to acceptance, however I feel a few changes could be made. Let me just walk you through a few suggestions so the next app you post will be worthy of acceptance!

 

Firstly, your roleplaying and power-emoting definitions are good. However, I feel your meta-gaming definition could be expanded upon and drastically improved. I'll link you to the meta-gaming definition again. Remember, it is vital to put this definition into your own words!

 

META-GAMING

 

Secondly, your biography is extremely cliché and doesn't make much sense. I suggest you go with a creative back-story, one that doesn't involve your parents being murdered and your character having the motive to act out revenge. Be creative, surely your parents will die at some point, but it is unlikely for them to die whilst your character is such a young age. Like I said, be creative, go back to the drawing board, and think up a new back-story which is non-cliché.  

 

Thirdly, please expand on your personality traits, ambitions, strengths, and weaknesses. Add more in, make some interesting. Remember, it is ideal for your weaknesses to outweigh your strengths, however by not that much!
