It is so ordered by the Grand King of Urguan that the need has arisen for a Clansmoot to take place. In order to discuss the issues at hand, all clans are called to this meeting to debate and receive the will of the Grand King.

Borders of the Jarldoms and definition of the Heartland

 

Present grievances between clans
