The place is open to everyone and Raz is ready to welcome you to the newly made hut. The location is North west of the Cloud temple. Happen to get lost in the mountains while getting there? Feeling cold because of the snow? Worry not my friend, because Raz planned everything! A nice and warm tent with a small campfire is waiting for you in a small valley between two mountains."
