• The Capital city of Haria, Al-Khaleed, will be divided up into several tiers filled with districts.

  • Each active district will have a Ziem, or mayor as many would call it. It is the Ziem’s job to maintain their district and provide for their people’s needs.

  • A tax will be administered to each Ziem who will need to pay once every 2 Khali weeks (2 IRL weeks).

• Properties within Al-Khaleed are free.

• Every resident in Al-Khaleed is bound to follow the Laws of Haria.
