What is roleplaying?: Role playing is the act of playing as a different character ( playing out of character). This is so that everyday normal people could play and work together in a completly different enviroment.

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is usuing information that your ingame character could not possibly have known, to further there position ingame.

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Powergaming is forcing other players to do what you what in roleplay, such as the example given of ' John swings his sword at paul, cutting his arm off'. This doesnt give the other player to reply.

Character’s name: Wallace Raiser

Character’s sex: Male

Character’s race: Human ( Highlander)

Character’s age: 20

Biography : Wallace is a descent from the ancient teutonic order. He comes from the hanseti culture, although does not fit in. This proud group of people focus themselves on being warrior folk, and wallace is not. He aimes to improves his skills however. He likes to spend his time building and practiving, forever trying to fit in with his people. Wallace's mother and farther were killed in a freak accident as a child, the sometimes ferocius weather in the north could bring trees the size of a mountain down. On one such night, the family had little firewood left. The fire was dwindling. huddled around the fire to get what little warmth they could. Before the fire died, the parents knew they had to get more wood, to keep wallace from dying, and so out into the night they went..They never returned, and were found days later crushed by a huge tree. This could be what spurred wallace to go out at night on long walks.. Who knows? Maybe hes searching for something.

 

Wallace learned to fend for himself, and as time went on he became an expert survivor. He learnt to build beautiful buidlings, and is now a master of many skills. The only thing he cant do is fight. Without a dad there to teach him, he never had the chance to learn. And so, he has set it as his lifelong goal to learnt to fight, and improve his combat skills.

 

Personality Traits: Has a habit of travel late at night, as prefers the quiet. Likes to interact with people/loves farming.

Ambitions: Build a dream home ( hovel) in a remote highland location, better himself with swordcraft.

Strengths/Talents: Building, he thinks he has an artistic eye for building beautiful buildings.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Combat skills. Being human, he doesnt live for long, and so isnt as good as other races out there ( such as elves).

Appearance: above average height, brown hair, scruffy beard and scruffy clothes.
