Dohvi 622 Share Posted October 17, 2016 I believe it's time to start formally recording incidents with conduct and inactivity that require a Forum Moderator to receive a formal warning. If a Forum Moderator receives three warnings, they will be removed from their position. Most issues will only receive a single warning, but severe/repeat offences may receive multiple.
