Cyntaria is a full blooded elf, born in the Mali'aheral region, 1571 in an unknown place where she doesn't say. Her mother died when she was born, her father has taught her to never trust anyone outside of her race, since he was in the council, she trusted him. her life was normal enough , helping out in the Council and playing with other kids her age. When she became a young adult (19), she started to mature more, becoming more serious and calm. Her father "disappeared" when he went out of the city. So the next in the family was Cyntaria, since she knew how the High Elf Council works. Being the youngest in the council, she has difficulties trying to fit in. She doesn't like being treated highly of but also likes being recognized outside in court. She lived in Mali'aheral all her life not leaving the gates.

 

She continues to help in the city of Mali'aheral, giving them wisdom and guidance to the people. Her pride starts to grow even more as she is growing up. But her wisdom hasn't changed, so the people have given her the title "Lady Cyntaria The Wise" after spreading her wisdom and guidance to the people. She is usually very calm but something made her snap one day. A dwarf comes in demanding to get peace with the high elves. The High Elf Council said no after what had happen a long time ago, he then threatened the council and their race, Cyntaria got out of her chair and stood tall against the dwarf and told him straight of to leave with the coldest stare anyone has ever seen, so then he did. Some people look at her differently after that day but she is still the same, not when you push her over the line

 

 

Personality:

She is very calm and independent when it comes to being on the court for her age. But when it come to a fight, she becomes a strong leader and a very powerful archer. She also has a soft, gentle side to her she tries not to show. But she also has a very cold and dark side to her when ever she gets angered. She is also very intelligent when it comes to the history, sometimes she would go to the schools and help teach that history. Sometimes she takes things too seriously and walks away without another word said

She is very wise and very intelligent and is quick with her bow and daggers

Weakness/disabilities: She has a hard time communicating with people normally since her father has taught her about not trusting other races, and always overreacts when some one mentions her past in a rude manner

  Here are some points to adjust on your biography:
• Try stating some place names to show your knowledge of our current map.
• At the age of 6 it's highly unlikely she would be traveling alone for 8 years without an adult finding the child and taking them in.
• You mentioned the Orcs killing Cyntaria's foster family, and the Mali'aheral (High elves) saving them in the end. This doesn't seem to be an event that has happened in our lore, but perhaps you misinterpreted something. If you cited this event from our wiki or forums, either expand on this or change it to something that is true.
• The court you mentioned doesn't exist in the high elven lore, and your persona wouldn't be known upon entering Axios. You cannot apply as a character with high status. She would also be much too young to be accepted socially as an adult.

• This crystal ball you mentioned is not a current artifact, and cannot be carried by your character unless created in game through role-play and then registered on the forums. 
   
• Regarding your appearance. Pure high elves typically range from the height of 5'8" to 6'6" and do not have brown eyes. This would be acceptable if she were part wood elven as those are Mali'ame (Wood Elf) traits.

• It seems you just copied my use of the term Mali'aheral and using that in your biography. It is not a place name, but the term we use for the High Elven race.
• As previously mentioned, you cannot apply as a character of high status, meaning she can't be a part of the council. She also would not have a title, as no character's would know her until established through RP.
• When you re-apply, try to add more lore that's not centered around the council.
