What’s the rule you agree with the most?: Hack-Clients, mods, or texture packs that provide an advantage are completely disallowed, Understanding that this is much different than most Minecraft servers; Hack Clients are what ruins the game in any aspect. Very glad they are not allowed on this server.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? (if so we can help clear it up!): I'm a little confused on the whole lock picking rules. With the rolling and needing a GM for the scenario to go down. If I could get a detailed description of how that would go, would be appreciated.

What is roleplaying?: acting like your character and creating a realistic story with other characters based on their responses. 

What is metagaming?: Metagaming is using information to your benefit or the benefit of another player that your character or the other character in the real world would have no access to. Therefore cheating.  (Example: going on Skype and telling your friend your location where you're being held captive)

What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Doing/saying something in role play that denies another player/character to respond/combat in the situation. Utterly ruining any role play/story opportunities.

 

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character -be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Character’s age: (upon application, your character must be 18 or older, and depending on the race, they can be over five hundred years old!) 156 Years Old

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Vanoo Was born in a fairly large Olog war camp. Alas, at the age of 97 His Camp was attacked by Wood Elves and his clan was wiped from the Azaghol Forest. Vanoo was fortunate to escape battle and survive, but guilt of not continuing battle like a normal Olog corrupted his spirits. Vanoo, although surprising for such a large Olog Traveled the open plains alone and scared. But while venturing for food in the Cantal Forests, he comes upon a goblin who also wanders alone. The Goblin is much smarter than he, and begins to care for Vanoo. The two build a strong friendship, and depend on each other for survival and happiness. 

 

Now The two make trips through the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, Scavenging and trading. Although, Vanoo leaves Business to His Goblin companion, for he is far better at communication.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Like All Ologs, Vanoo lacks intelligence. But unlike most Ologs Vanoo Cares. He cares about others, especially the little guy; the one's who cannot fend for themselves. And also unlike Most Ologs, Vanoo is not fearless. He fears many things, such as loneliness.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Vanoo Wants to help the world, But he wants to learn how. and Learn how to better his kind to stop their terrible life styles from continuing.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Vanoo is Great and Defending. He protects his goblin friend because he cares greatly about him; which is what else he is great at, Caring. Vanoo Cares about every living thing, no matter how small. (Unless they are Wood Elves, Vanoo does not care for Wood Elves)

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Vanoo Lacks in Courage. He needs to be brave for the ones he cares for.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Vanoo is 11'1" weighing at 975 lbs. He has Blue eyes, and is dressed well. (Thanks to his Goblin Companion)

A few things to mention quickly: Firstly I would recommend seeing one of our various talented skinners on the forums and getting a custom olog skin made to enhance both yours and others roleplay experience.

Secondly, I will be privately messaging you the clarifications on our lockpicking roles to say you having to return to this post should you need to brush up once more.

Lastly, I would not push our maximum set heights of 11 feet for Ologs as they are picked carefully for balance.
