It offers space to both uruks and non uruks to peddle their wares and barter with others and shall serve as a hub for any such similar business. Uruks may apply for a stall, and attain one for no cost, whereas non-uruks will have to pay a small fee ((75 minas)) for a space. FESTIVAL OF THE WORLD CACTUS Such an unwonted eventuality like the flowering of the World Cactus will not go uncelebrated. In ONE Cactus weeks a festival will held. Grog and green will be plentiful, as will festivities and food. All we be allowed a taste of the infamous Thunder Krug.
