What is Metagaming?: To allow your character to know something that they should not in roleplay.

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: To gain an unfair advantage over another character in roleplay.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) 

 

Born on the 6th of the Amber Cold, 1603 in Aleksandria. His mother died upon giving birth to Almar, leaving only his father, who had been a lumberjack and owned a business. He used to watch the guards train, and handle the occasional bandit on the road. It had interested him. Growing up with a passion for woodcutting and being outdoors and his father dying while Almar had been 18 years old, he soon became the owner of the wood company. With no experience of owning any such company, the business soon collapsed leaving Almar with nothing but an ambition, which was to continue his father's passion. Though he wanted to do that, he aspired to be a guard, to train and defend the city from those who would destroy the safety of the walls. Since then, Almar has been attempting to revive his father's business, all attempts have been unsuccessful, and will soon give up if he does not prevail, as his passion slowly wanes as his desire to fight grows.

 

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Habit of biting his thumb when nervous, loves to be given attention, hates when he is the center of attention.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Almar aspires to pick up his grandfather's trade, woodcutting.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Almar is cunning, and a fairly good lumberjack. His strength is above average.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Unintelligent.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Around 6'1", fair skin, brownish-blackish hair, nordic nose, cleft chin, ocean-blue eyes, rounded square-shaped head.
