Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes, indeed.

What’s the rule you agree with the most?: Metagaming. Normally, smaller players arrange RP, but since this is  a big playerbase, you could literally run into anyone in the world, not have to wander for hours looking for someone to RP with.

Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? (if so we can help clear it up!): In the combat rules, it says you can /d40 if the victor says so, what does /d40 do, and mean exactly? Also, do you need to show proof of a screenshot when you /roll, or is it the honor system? In addition, for mechanic pvp is it basically normal pvp?

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Me and my friend we're bored, we've been rping for the past 2 years and they have all died out, then i saw this when searching over an hour for servers.

What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is where you use a character that was made, AND APPROVED, using actions, and rules under the roleplaying category. Example, i cant use /msg during a group concerning roleplay, to a specific person on what to say.

What is Metagaming?: It's like using dynmap to find players and just kill them (Well, that'd be RDM to..) or using information you have learned in OOC (out of character) for your advantage in roleplay situations.

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: It's basically forcing a action upon itself without the consent or approval of the person your doing it onto. For example, if your trying to grab someone to stop them from running away from a situation, you cant go *Tim grabbed Shela's arm and stopped her from running away* That would be forcing the action.

 

In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Character’s age: (upon application, your character must be 18 or older, and depending on the race, they can be over five hundred years old!) 312

Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.)

   Tokin Calios was born in 1322, (his AGE IS 312, up to the current date) during the summer, or great harvest. Life was peaceful in his home town of The Silver City which was established as the first town of the high elves. His father chose it because he didnt want to live with other elf kind. His father was a warrior, so was a capable citizen, and placed in the lower district, where life was fine for Tokin. Since it was a, well, past city, other races we're not allowed to live there. He loved the smell of war. He practically lured for it, he would try and train every single day, and even spar with people he met. He also liked blacksmithing, and making great weapons for himself. Though he loved physical and outdoor activity, education was also an equal to it. He would study and work, before he did his outdoor activities. If he had an urge to just get outside, he would simply leave for a short period of time, and return to his studying. His father taught him that education is as equal as fighting, as he was a Hiylun. (Warrior that equals education with fighting) When lin'sulan no longer existed, he traveled to a new town, called talyina'maehr,

in a new realm. It was very unusual to Tokin, because he was used to only seeing high elves, but instead saw different races, even dwarves inside the city living in houses, and walking the streets like an elf! He questioned it, but carried on as he knew  things we're going to be different from where he lived all his life. He lived their due to the fact he felt he wouldnt blend in well with the other elven races, and the fact that every other high elf was moving to the new realm, and city.

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?)   He loves the outdoors, and physical activity, and also values education as well. He dislikes anyone who believes in things that havent been proved, or just simple rumors to frighten the children of young. One of his quirks would have to be simply just picking up a sword and practicing his stance, like his father taught him, even if you do it a million times, you can still improve. Another thing is that he simply liked exploring. He would look at things he found odd, or suspicios.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) A great trained warrior, like his father, who took place in the military, and trained for hundreds of years to become an esteemed fighter. 

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?)  He is excelled in fighting, stature, and also values education aswell as an aspect, neccesisity of life.

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?)  One of the troubles he has is simply just focusing. He could be studying literature one minute, then another minute be walking down the street. Another thing he needs to work on is diplomacy. He isnt really one for it, and hasnt been taught fully on how to negotiate, why he doesnt really particpate in the trade practice.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) He has long blonde hair, and is tall, 6 foot exactly. He has no scars, as he hasnt suffered any injuries in his life. He has a ripped stomach, which you can see,

  Thank you for looking at my application, I must of spent an hour looking at the cities of the elves just to make this, i did find the cities a bit confusing, and tried to get the time periods right each time i looked at a different city, making sure it was actually within the time period of my character. I thought this was going to be a quick easy app, but you have proved me wrong!

•   Age | I saw that you didn't mention the age of Tokin. We're currently in Year 1634, which makes 64; please make this addition and you should be a-okay!

 

• Biography | It seems you've gotten the time periods a bit confused, but not to worry, I'll help clarify! You've stated that Tokin visited Lin'sulan after living in Taliyna'maehr; though Lin'sulan is a high elven settlement that was located in Vailor so it currently no longer exists. Perhaps you can try switching the two! — State that Tokin lived in Lin'sulan when he was younger and moved to Taliyna'maehr when he moved to Axios, or remove Lin'sulan completely.

 

• Rules | And to help clarify, /d40 is a command implemented into LOTC to allow a player to kill their minecraft character, muchl like dying mcly. It's only time when it's really used is when you've been killed by someone and they've decided that you execute this command. As for rolls, when you input the /roll command, anyone within proximity will be able to witness the roll and the number; so there's no lying/less confusion. And yes, mechanic pvp is normal pvp.

 

With that, you have 24 hours to make the necessary changes needed.
