The Appointment of a New Regent.

There comes times, in which I, Adelard Brandt, of Vrakai and Braband, am not present, in the city of Belvitz. Therefore as a ruler, I must appoint someone I can trust to uphold the greatness of the city in the times of my absence. I have decided that my dear brother, Geoffrey Rozier Brandt, who already has a claim to the most prestigious city of Belvitz, should act as the ruler in the times that I am absent to rule myself. Geoffrey is a fit leader, and I believe he shall do well in the times of my absence, in assuring the welfare and happiness of the commonfolk.
