Fennic Tax Reforms of

11 of The Deep Cold, 1685

    With the Fennic population boom over the past few years, the interest in the notable bloodlines, as well as the Fennic market has grown dramatically.

After multiple meetings between the Grand Prince, The Grand Council, and leaders of the major bloodlines, the Leadership of Fenn has decided to implement a tax on both market stalls, and all major bloodlines.

 

Tax Office

    Within the banking building of Fenn, a new taxing office has been established. The office holds:

-Offices for the Stewards of Fenn.

-Tax Slips & Containers to show such tax slips were purchased.

-Taxes shall be paid by purchasing Tax Slips. These slips shall be put in the appropriate container, showing the tax has been paid.

 

Stall Tax

With the rising interest in the Fennic Market, a tax shall be added to all stalls. The tax shall be as follows:

-A Tax of 200 Mina shall be due weekly to the Tax Office

-One Week of Failure shall result in a Warning

-Two Weeks shall result in an immediate eviction of such Stall

 

Bloodline Tax

    With the approval of the leaders of all major Fennic bloodlines, a tax shall be added to such families. The tax shall be as follows:

-A Tax of 200 Mina shall be due weekly to the Tax Office

-One Week of Failure shall result in a Warning

-Two Weeks of Failure shall result in a punishment decided upon by the Grand Prince.
