The Eternal Library

As published on the 11^th of the Deep Cold, 1691

Let it be known that without the constant pursuit of knowledge, our people will never progress. Let it then be realized that without the constant progression of our people, our nation will suffer in intellect and ability. For the sake of our people and our nation, it is in celebration that we reopen the Eternal Library to the blessed citizenry of the Enclave. Certain rules, however, must be followed to ensure the safety of our knowledge and culture. It should also be known that each publication within has been copied to a safe vault in a locale known only to the Maheral. The rules are as follows;

 

I. Running within the Eternal Library is disallowed.

II. Destruction or alteration of property is disallowed.

III. Voices must be quieted while within the Eternal Library.

IV. Disruption of others within the Eternal Library is disallowed.

V. Leaving the Eternal Library with books belonging to it is disallowed. If one is found to have done or attempted to do so, they will be immediately executed.

VI. Use of magic within the Eternal Library is disallowed.
