DISTRIBUTION OF ROLES CATEGORY I, THE JUDICIARY THE SOLICITOR-GENERAL embodies the Imperial Crown in the courts of law and has the jurisdiction to preside over all cases in the Empire whilst furthermore overseeing the staffing and functionality of the courts. THE IMPERIAL JUDGE aids the Solicitor-General in courts of law and can co-chair or individually preside over legal procedures. CATEGORY II, THE REPRESENTATION THE ATTORNEY represents citizens in courts of law. In case of legal procedures that revolve around imperial functionaries, they will represent the party that is being sued. THE PROSECUTOR represents the government in courts of law. In case of legal procedures that revolve around imperial functionaries, they will represent the party that is suing. CATEGORY III, THE PARTICIPANTS THE PLAINTIFF is the party that sues another party in court. THE DEFENDANT is the party that is being sued by the Plaintiff. THE PETITIONER is the party that petitions the Court to either implement, alter or retract certain legislation or jurisprudence. THE RESPONDENT is the party that opposes the petition and who will argue against the petitioner in court. CHAPTER II. LEGAL PROCEDURES SUBPOENA, the document necessary to sue a party once filed to the Solicitor-General. PETITION, the document necessary to ask of the Solicitor-General to implement, alter or retract certain legislation or jurisprudence. OBJECTION OF LEGALITY, the document necessary to argue to the Judiciary that the presiding judge is not capable, impartial or wielding of jurisdictional authority enough to preside over the legal procedure. The Judiciary will rule if the objection of legality is just. REQUEST FOR APPEAL, the document necessary to ask of the Judiciary to reconsider a given verdict on a case. The Judiciary will rule if there is a sufficient motive to reconsider the verdict.
