Criminal Laws

 

Minor Offences - Class 1 Punishments
 

  1. Public Disturbance

    1. Disturbances include: interrupting religious ceremonies, invoking crowd-riling acts, unnecessary screaming, and unauthorized preaching.
       

  2. Vigilantism

    1. Vigilantism is defined by law as one or more persons taking the law into their own hands without the authorization of an appropriate official.

  3. Slander
    1. Public slander of members of any allies of Irrinor will not be tolerated. This includes posters, public speeches, and other such crowd-riling acts. Casual conversation and private talks do not fall under this law.

      1. Slander of the Governing Body will automatically result in Class II punishment.
         

  4. Vandalism
    1. Vandalism is defined by law as acts that result in the destruction, damaging or modification of any object or home against the will of the property’s rightful owner.

      1. Vandalism of any holy sites or areas will automatically result in Class II punishment.

         

 

Moderate Offences - Class II Punishments
 

  1. Physical Assault

    1. Intentional bodily harm with malicious intent towards a citizen of Irrinor or its allies within the Forest Realm is prohibited.
       

  2. Theft

    1. Theft is defined by law as the unlawful obtaining of any item not bought, traded for, or willingly given.

 

 

 

Major Offences - Class III Punishments

 

  1. Assault of a Member of the Oaken Council
     

  2. Treason

    1. Treason is defined by law as:

      1. Conspiracy against the State or governing body

      2. The betrayal of Irrinor to any enemies of the state.

      3. Aiding enemies during times of war, be it of monetary of informational value.
         

  3. Murder
    1. Murder is defined by law as the act of ending one’s life without their consent.
       

  4. Kidnapping
    1. Kidnapping is defined by law as the asportation or confinement of a person against their will.
       

  5. Interbreeding

    1. Interbreeding is defined by law as engaging in any act of inherently sexual nature between Mali’ and non-Mali’. 

      1. This does not apply to the breeding between Mali’ races.
