TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS,

WHEREAS it is expressed in the Eminent Domain Principle of Our law that all private and immovable property is held in tenure to the Imperial State;

WHEREAS “Ownership is the right to enjoyment and disposal of a thing, without limitation beyond the law” (ORC 303.021);

WHEREAS the Crown holds the right to define the use of property public or private, as is written in the law of the Realm (303.012);

WHEREAS the Principle of Rightful Ownership of Our law declares that a man who holds property, movable or immovable, uncontested, shall go unmolested absent a pretext of criminality;

We the Crown do declare that deeds of immovable property (i.e. land) which are entitled to a peerage shall not be granted or altered so as to cause a loss to an owner of an already existing property in tenure to the Imperial State without the prior consent of said owner in legal contract or proclamation.
