mateolog 1623 Share Posted December 16, 2020 Workers’ Freedom Act The collectors of each caste are now able to own everything they gather or harvest. Caste quotas are now changed to a donation based system, where individual workers out of their own freewill will choose to help their community donate whatever they feel comfortable giving. A donation chest will be placed once every caste has built their HQ, until then caste members can give the donations directly to the Primarch of their caste or the High Chief.
