As the third brigade of the imperial state army had been in a steady decline over the recent years upon the arrival of descendants in Alamaris.

 

 As such after my appointment as acting captain of the 3rd brigade I have seen fit to institute a arrangement of reforms to adapt the brigade to the current situation in Almaris.

The removal of Master of the Stable and Master of the School billets

 

From this moment the billets of Master of the Stable and Master of the School have been officially removed from the 3rd brigade till they are required once more to the brigade and the Imperial state army as a whole.

The Brigade Core structure reorganization

 

The core goal of the brigade is to be changed to better fit a small sized brigade with highly trained members. As such a training period has been created so that upon joining the brigade one gets educated to fill the brigade duties and better serve the imperial state army.
