Tbneer967 0 Share Posted September 29, 2011 Out-Of-Character: -Minecraft Account Name: Tbneer967 -How old are you?: 18 -Time-Zone/Country of Residence: United States EST (GMT-4) -Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes, but typo's are common. Especially in fast action scenarios and/or mindless thoughts. -Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm in my final of highschool in Georgia. I'm currently trying to meet the requirements to be accepted into a rather difficult post-secondary school. It's tough, but I will not stop until I reach my goal. Meanwhile I am working at a grocery store roughly 20 hours a week to pay for random expenses. -How much time could you be on the server weekly?: Probably 7-20 hours a week. Because I don't have a fixed schedule for work, I never know how much free time I may have. -How long have you played minecraft?: For roughly 7 months on and off. Great creation I must say. The things you can do in this game are literally endless. It just takes an imagination. -What do you know about roleplaying? How long have you been doing it? What kind?: I know a large amount about roleplaying. I'd say it's skill. To use your imagination to become someone, or something else, is mastered by few. I may not have mastered it, but I believe I possess a great depth of knowledge in this skill more than most people. Some people think roleplaying is only in games that have swords. That is quite ignorant to think. Roleplaying is just pretending to be someone, or something you're not. I have rp'd in many games including World of Warcraft, Runescape, and even games that arn't even built for roleplaying. Some examples being Age of Mythology and Grand Theft Auto IV -What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to have great roleplayers, and a very dynamic world. I'm excited for it. I would be honored to be a part of it. -What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I honestly have not played on many other servers. I have played on my own, building a world with a friend, and I have been on the typical "run around pointlessly" servers. They are very boring indeed. -Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules? What about the lore? Perfectly. I give props to the one that wrote the lore. That is not easy to do. -Name the 4 races on this server: The Industrious Humans of Oren, The Battle-Hungry Orcs of Kragrum, The Nature-Embracing Elves of Malinor, and The Sturdy Dwarves of Kal'Urguan. -How did you hear about us?: I found the server on a minecraft server list. I took a further look and it stole my heart. -Did you vote?: Of course! I feel that this server earns my vote. If it didn't, why would I be here? -What was your favourite Law?: I don't really have a favorite. Laws come in sets, and I must admit, that set of laws is spectactular. -What was your least favourite Law?: Like I said before, I believe laws come in sets. The set of laws is great, so there is no need to dislike a particular piece. -What is your The Lord Of Craft forum account name? Tbneer967 In-Character: -Character Name: Given name: Nathaniel. More commonly known as Nate. -What is your Race?: Human -Lordofthecraft.net/forum forum account: Tbneer967 -Biography: Born into a family of religion, Nate spent his childhood pouring of books of lore and myth. Everyday was a new adventure into a Holy book. Nate usually found this to be quite dull. He was not afraid to express his feelings with his family. "You'll understand one day, perhaps when you have a family of your own," is what his mother would say. His youthful mind payed no attention to this, and continued a growing resentment towards his families beliefs. "BUT I DON'T WANT TO READ IT! I DON'T CARE!" Those were the last words he gave to his parents. Nate was 17 when he left his comfy home. He wanted to see the outside world. He wanted to find people who were like him. People who didn't waste their time over child morals and unrealistic stories. He just wanted to be part of the real world. And the real world he sought. His destination? The Kingdom of Oren. It is there that he dreampt of becoming a normal person, working physically for his life's purpose. He only need find Oren to begin his long-awaited life's ambition. -Character Age: 17 -Character Appearance: A young man yet, he is clean shaven, short brown hair and distintively green eyes. He still wears the clothes that of the day he left his family. -Character Personality: Extremely ambitious, over-confident, and just plain excited for a new beginning. -Your ambitions: To find his life's purpose through hard work. -Can your character read or write?: Very well. It seems those years of diving into books has done some good.... -Can your character mine?: Not safely, but he is willing to learn. -Are you a capable builder?: Having very limited time outside of his house has unfortunately left Nate without this skill. -Can you wield a sword?: When his parents weren't watching, Nate occasionally took his fathers cutlass for a little spin. These moments hardly ever went well, but Nate is still looking to learn how to use one. -Enjoy Farming?: Anything outdoors would be a blast to Nate. He even sometimes read special farming books, getting a slight grasp of knowledge on this skill. -Does your character have any special skills?: Not particulary, but it is inevitable that Nate's ambition will grant him a priceless knowledge in something. -A screenshot of your skin: http://www.minershoes.com/skin/view/i4e8118dd02c6f747708244837647204719747134 -Other Information (OOC): I made a previous attempt at applying for this server. It of course was denied. It was terribly done, and rushed. I honestly felt ashamed to waste one's time to read it. The failure also gave me a sense of security, knowing that you won't take anybody that just spends time to fill out an application. I restarted the application form completely. From blank by blank I poured my heart into the answers I gave. I sincerely hope you will find me a formidable roleplayer. If you do deny this application, I will happily try and improve it as many times as it takes to be accepted. Reasons why it was denied are always appreciated. :-)
