Co-Shop Owner wanted

I am looking for someone to help chip in buying/purchasing land for a shop. I have 426 and something minas. Anyone who helps me buy a shop will have half the rights to shop and will recieve half of the profits. The Co-Owner will laso have to help in gathering marterials to sell in a shop and they are to keep record of all profits they recieve when Im not there(I will do the same to keep track of all minas recieve to split it 50/50 at the end of the week or month). I am willing to contribute but all depending what you want to sell and where it would be located.

Please give the information regarding this then I will consider paying a nice chunk of it for still 50/50 rights.
