Its with the biggest pride and joy, I Henrik Komnenos has chosen to issue two grants each grant is worth 500 Imperial marks and will be issued to two different applications however for all applications that apply comes one small legal binding agreement. The grant money has to be used for what the application stated it would and in a reasonable timeframe, failure to do so is in breach of the terms for the grant and every single imperial mark has to be repaid in full APPLICATION FORMAT:Name:Are you an imperial citizen?
